This agreement is another important step in the implementation of the President's instructions to improve forecasting and analytical activities.

The Memorandum aims to unite the efforts of law enforcement agencies and the scientific community to find new and effective ways to prevent criminal threats and address public safety issues.

Rector Zhanseit Tuimebayev emphasized the strategic importance of the memorandum: "This document is a concrete manifestation of trust and responsibility between the university and the state body. We strive not to limit our students' education to theory, but to enrich it with practical experience"

In turn, the chairman of the Committee, Sabit Nurlybai, expressed confidence: "Cooperation will allow combining the Committee's big data with the methodological expertise of the academic community and creating models that will be applied in the work of law enforcement agencies"

Within the framework of the memorandum, the university and the committee intend to jointly implement research projects on crime prevention and risk forecasting.

In addition, the memorandum provides for the involvement of senior IT students in the projects of the Center for Forecasting Criminal Threats and Public Security Risks, which was recently established at the university.

Future specialists will be able to complete an internship at a government agency and contribute to the improvement of analytical tools.

The parties noted that the main goal of cooperation is to create a new analytical school capable of developing crime forecasting and early warning systems. This will make it possible to effectively implement the concept of "Law and Order" in Kazakhstan.
