‘Discipline, education and university requirements in the new academic year.’

On 1 September, a meeting was held with first-year students majoring in Geodesy and Cartography, dedicated to issues of discipline and academic performance in the new academic year. The students were formally welcomed to the new academic year and were explained the specifics of the educational process and the requirements for academic discipline. Questions regarding accommodation and student needs were also clarified.

During the meeting, students were presented with regulatory and legal documents and traditions of the university's corporate culture, including the KazNU Student Code of Honour, the KazNU Student Regulations, the KazNU Teacher Regulations, and the KazNU Teacher and Employee Corporate Culture Code.

The Student Code of Honour consists of 13 articles and 10 pages in Kazakh and Russian. Students must know and comply with both the main charter of the university and internal rules, maintaining a high level of discipline and the image of KazNU. Students majoring in Geodesy and Cartography are well aware of their rights and responsibilities.
