Suicide Prevention Among Students Curatorial Session – 1st Year of “Robotic Systems”
Today, under the guidance of curator PhD Akhmetova B.I., a curatorial session was held for first-year students on the topic of suicide prevention and the development of essential life skills.
During the session, the following key issues were discussed:
🔹 Causes of emotional stress
🔹 Methods of stress management
🔹 Psychological support resources
🔹 Culture of mutual support
🔹 Effective communication strategies with students in difficult situations
Students exchanged views on life values, inner personal resources, and responsibility toward themselves and their environment.
They also received information about available psychological support and the university’s helpline services.
