Normative documents: is provided on the basis of the Rules for Providing free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as persons under guardianship (trusteeship) and patronage, students and pupils of higher education organizations approved by order of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2020 No. 180

Submission procedure:

1. Applications are submitted by students independently through the «Univer» system, supporting documents are attached.
2. Lists are submitted to the faculty commission and are formed by the dean’s office of each faculty. Then they are sent to the social work department.
3. The social work department re-checks the lists, prepares an order and sends it through the Salem document management system.
4. After coordination and approval of the order by the responsible persons, students are provided with financial assistance.
