Educational program
The educational program is aimed at training specialists in the field of management in various fields of activity, capable of competently organizing production and business processes, building a strategy for positioning an organization in the domestic and international spaces for commercial organizations, national companies and government agencies.
LO1 Prepare reports on the financial and economic activities of the organization, compile statistical reports and offer recommendations for improving the organization based on the methods and tools studied.
LO2 Apply methods and tools of financial reporting analysis and financial forecasting; evaluation of investment projects; accounting and distribution of costs, calculation and analysis of production costs; organization of planning of operational (production) activities to assess the activities of the organization.
LO3 Analyze the state of the macroeconomic environment, the dynamics of its change, trends in the development of industry markets to assess their impact on state and commercial organizations.
LO4 Develop measures to increase production profitability, competitiveness of products, labor productivity.
LO5 Collect and systematize the source data needed to calculate socio-economic indicators and measure the effectiveness of all activities of the organization and individual projects / processes.
LO6 Develop corporate, competitive, and functional organization development strategies; analyze the industry’s competitive sphere to model and optimize business processes.
LO7 Analyze and interpret the financial, accounting and other information contained in the financial statements of the organization, and use the information to make management decisions.
LO8 Apply the regulatory framework governing the registration process and the beginning of the enterprise in various organizational and legal forms and areas of activity, principles of organization of business planning.
LO9 Build a company's investment portfolio based on fundamental and technical market analysis and risk assessment
LO10 Argumentate decisions made and explain their consequences, explain managerial decisions, motivate and motivate staff, taking into account sociocultural differences between people in their professional activities; apply rational methods and means of business communication.
LO11 Build an organizational structure, draw up a staffing table taking into account the needs of the business strategy and operating model, determine the areas of responsibility of employees and departments (regulations, job descriptions / job descriptions).
LO12 Choose and apply statistical, economic and mathematical methods and marketing research methods to develop business plans for the creation and development of new organizations (areas of activity, innovative products, etc.).
