Training of teachers of the Kazakh language and Kazakh literature in the field of general secondary and secondary vocational education.

4. To demonstrate the quality of leadership through self-improvement and improvement of professional pedagogical skills and the quality of teaching the Kazakh language and literature.
5. Professionally to guide in the aspects of Kazakh linguistics and literary studies.
6. To justify the connection between the language and the style of a literary work, taking into account the educational and moral purpose of literature.
7. To develop current educational and organizational materials (didactic, control and measuring); organize events that develop the cognitive abilities of students.
8. To include modern information technologies and innovative systems, new computer programs and smart technologies in the educational process that contribute to the modernization and improvement of philological disciplines.
9. To understand the basic principles of modernization of public consciousness in order to form a patriotic and humanistic worldview in students and develop civic consciousness in them by teaching language and literature.
10. To implement effective methods and techniques of teaching Kazakh language and literature in the educational process according to the updated educational program.
11. Critically to evaluate new concepts and phenomena in linguistics and literary studies.
12. To demonstrate high professional competence in the context of the needs of the modern labor market and the changing demands of the consumer (employer and stakeholders).
