Training of teachers, research scientists for the system of higher, postgraduate education and the scientific sphere, as well as managers in the field of education who are able to effectively solve the tasks of qualified analysis and generalization of the results of scientific research and teaching activities

1. to give a correct assessment of changes in the country's foreign and domestic policy, current trends and challenges in the field of language policy, new social trends, which indicates the formation of a general scientific worldview of a graduate student;
2. to use classical and modern scientific paradigms of linguistics and literary studies to achieve the goals and objectives of their own scientific research;
3. apply the methodology of scientific research in linguistics and literary studies, correctly and accurately carry out research activities, inform the scientific community about its results in the format of scientific articles, essays, reports;
4. implement the content of educational programs in educational activities, including using the latest digital technologies;
5. to use the acquired knowledge and formed competencies in the processes of personal socialization and in personal improvement programs;
6. simulate training sessions in accordance with the goals of learning, integration of digital technologies into the educational process;
7. to form a steady interest in the study of the Russian language and literature among students;
8. to form students' intercultural competencies and the ability to adapt to a variety of cultural contexts in accordance with pedagogical deontology

Graduates who have received an academic Master's degree in pedagogical sciences under the educational program "7M01702 – Russian language and literature" can work in the following areas of professional activity: teacher of Russian language and literature; specialist in the field of general secondary, secondary special, higher education; consultant on educational services; manager in the field of education; head of research work of students, researcher in the field of teaching methods of the Russian language and literature; creator, editor, expert, referent of texts, speech and documents. For future employment of graduates of the educational program "7M01702 – Russian language and literature", the main employers are: - organizations of secondary education of all types and types, regardless of ownership and departmental subordination; - organizations of technical and vocational education. - higher educational institutions; - research institutes; - institutes of advanced training and retraining of employees of the education system; - authorized and local executive bodies in the field of education.
