1.analyze fundamental physical laws necessary forexplaining the main phenomena in electronics andtelecommunications, as well as the principles of organizing
theoretical and experimental research, rules for thepreparation of scientific articles;
2. interpret the latest research and achievements in the field
of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, to
carry out research works devoted to study of individual
problems of radio engineering, electronics and
telecommunications;
3. apply high-level electronic devices and
telecommunications in the life of modern society and analyze
the principles of operation of various devices used in
electronics and telecommunications;
4. analyze results of research work and draw conclusions on results obtained and apply results of own research and scientific works of other research groups for development of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications;
5. analyze advantages and disadvantages of various methods used in research works for studying processes in electronic systems, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of electronic devices used in radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications;
6. develop and conduct experiments in radio engineering and electronics, as well as to analyze and interpret the data obtained as a result of these experiments;
7. observe professional and ethical duties in practical work and to determine suitable research methods for electronic and telecommunication systems;
8. compare various methods of conducting scientific and applied work and to communicate in scientific field, including on the problems of studying the electrical and optical properties of nanostructured semiconductors, synchronization processes in electronic systems, neural networks on integrated circuits, broadband radio engineering generators, models of telecommunication systems routers , information-entropy methods for determining the signal-to- noise ratio, etc., to apply professional and practical skills in scientific and pedagogical activity, use modern information technologies for searching, storing, processing and transmitting the necessary new scientific and technical information;
9. systematize and classify independently scientific literature, using modern educational and information technologies to collect the necessary new knowledge when changing both socio-economic conditions and personal life circumstances (lifelong education) in order to quickly adapt to the chosen field of activity and subsequent successful professional career;
