Educational program

The purpose of the educational program is to prepare qualified personnel of a new format, able to formulate and solve modern scientific and practical problems in the management of organizations, departments, teams, projects and innovations in the changing parameters of the internal and external environment and successfully carry out educational, research activities.

LO 1. To build restructuring models for building effective business that ensure the effective functioning and development of organizations;
LO 2 To diagnose the state of corporate finance and design effective management decisions in the field of general and strategic management ;
LO 3. Quickly and easily establish contacts with other people, accurately convey their thoughts and feelings, coordinate their actions with team members, correctly defend their point of view, collectively make decisions, propose new options and ways to solve their goals and objectives.
• LO 4. To develop management solutions in complex and non-standard situations in the field of organization and management of economic and financial activities of the enterprise;
LO 5. To develop a business plan for the project and justify the feasibility and profitability of the project, using the methods of marketing, production and financial analysis..
LO 6. To create staffing, determine job descriptions, the total number of employees and payroll, use the methods of planning and control, decision-making, information technology .
LO 7. To prepare an effective model of human resource management and organizational behavior, including motivation, leadership, group dynamics, conflict management and high corporate culture and social responsibility of business.
LO 8. To develop new management technologies to improve the performance of the organization
LO 9. To develop company development strategies based on monitoring and evaluating the current strategy and the effectiveness of achieving and implementing goals and objectives in the strategic management system;
LO 10. To determine modern analytical tools of management, quantitative methods in management, methods of diagnostics, analysis and problem solving, as well as methods of decision making and their implementation in the organization’s activities;
LO 11. To analyze the methods of conducting scientific research and calculations for determining social, environmental and technical and economic indicators of the effectiveness of management and business;
LO 12. To carry out academic, research, scientific, and methodological activities using modern teaching technologies and to build an educational process aimed at the formation of personal socialization based on national and universal values;

Master's degree educational programs
