Educational program

High-quality training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualifications capable of developing new conceptual frameworks for studying the theory and methodology of the development of natural-technogenic processes and phenomena using innovative methods and approaches to the study of environmental risks and emergency situations.

LO-1. Generate modern theoretical knowledge and propose new hypotheses and solutions for the development of natural processes and phenomena based on an independent original approach and innovative technologies;
LO-2. Conduct experimental and applied research on current problems of hydrometeorology and ecology, using interdisciplinary methodology and innovative technologies and GIS;
LO-3. Develop and improve methods for predicting natural phenomena using modern scientific and computational methods and data processing;
LO-4. Present scientific and practical results of research work in the form of reasoned and justified presented scientific reports, abstracts of articles and a doctoral dissertation for discussion in scientific discussions;
LO-5. Identify new directions for the development of scientific projects and start-ups for research and implementation of environmental protection strategies and measures;
LO-6. Plan and conduct studies of natural hazards to assess the degree of risk and develop measures to reduce economic damage from their impacts;
LO-7. Plan and implement a program for the strategic development of hazardous natural processes and phenomena using modern technologies in geoecological research for operational production products;
LO-8. Monitor environmental research based on spatial analysis of geodata and modern technologies;
LO-9. Provide training in academic disciplines of natural sciences, using innovative teaching technologies, digital educational tools and create conditions for the development of research skills and socialization of students;
LO-10. Conduct pedagogical research and carry out educational and methodological work to develop an educational and methodological complex and assessment tools for achieving learning outcomes in academic disciplines of the natural sciences and interact with stakeholders of higher and postgraduate education.

Educational programs of doctoral studies
