Training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of land management, capable of conducting territorial planning, land management of administrative-territorial formations and regulating the legal and technical aspects of land use planning.

ON1. to collect, process, analyze and systematize the initial data on the research topic, the choice of methods and means for solving the problems of developing projects and land management schemes, land use planning;
ON 2. apply modern methods of land management and economic mechanisms for the rational use and protection of land to solve the problems of land use in various sectors of the economy, taking into account land legislation and regulatory legal documents in the field of land management;
ON 3. conduct research on the rational use of land resources based on remote sensing methods and geoinformation technologies for the development of land management projects for the rational use and protection of land;
ON 4. develop projects and schemes for the rational use and protection of land of administrative-territorial entities, land users and land owners, taking into account the prospects for the development of the region and the economy of the sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the requirements of environmental and land legislation;
ON 5. to form land management decisions by integrating fundamental and applied knowledge in the field of sustainable development of rural areas and organizing the territory of agro-formations for the implementation and achievement of sustainable development;
ON 6. to carry out landscape and ecological design of land use and complex geoecological land management surveys taking into account environmental indicators;
ON 7. use for scientific research purposes methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting for territorial planning of land use for sustainable development of agriculture;
ON 8. conduct research in the field of land management to solve scientific problems, using modern methods and technologies of scientific communication in the state and foreign languages, follow ethical and psychological standards in professional activities.
