High-quality training of professional personnel with deep skills in the field of economics in accordance with the current requirements of the domestic and global labor market, able to solve problems in the field of development of the digital economy, e-business and commerce using digital resources.
1) organize the infrastructure for the digital transformation of an enterprise (organization) by embedding its links into a global network of value chains, analyzing and determining the extent of their impact on the macro- and microeconomic performance of the country, considering the cyclicality, globalization, and digitalization of business processes;
2) use innovative technologies for strategic management of business processes of enterprises (organizations) and building a new format of their activities in the digital economy and foreign trade, using forms and systems of e-commerce, payment systems, and electronic transactions in conducting international business in the EAEC space and the global economy;
3) analyze the role of e-government in the digital economy, assessing the effectiveness of information and communication technologies in the sectors of its interaction with the population and business: "state-citizens" (G2C), "state-business" (G2B), identifying innovative solutions to improve the quality of life of citizens and business development in the country;
4) simulate new tasks in the allocation and use of resources/ processes and risks in an enterprise (organization), applying programming languages and methods, new types of ICT and systems in the economy, analyzing trends in the development of "end-to-end" digital technologies (big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence, quantum and new production technologies, industrial internet, etc.)
5) make economic plans and budgets, complete financial and economic calculations for enterprises (organizations) in the virtual sphere, assess risks and changes in business processes using business intelligence tools based on economic, financial, and accounting data;
6) apply digital tools in accounting and auditing, finance and marketing, blockchain technologies in logistics and e-commerce, evaluating and analyzing their implications for enterprise (organization) activities in real and virtual environments, identifying new ways to use them to improve efficiency and competitiveness of business processes;
7) do analytical reviews (reports) for enterprises (organizations) based on research of international venture financing models and innovative (R&D) business, identifying, analyzing, and classifying risks and threats in the digital environment and developing a set of measures to minimize them, proposing new solutions for digital innovation development of industry, region, and national economy, in the whole.
8) develop business plans and smart contracts for enterprises (organizations) based on market research of new markets and sectors of the economy for e-commerce growth, identifying effective B2C sales channels, creating e-shops with websites and mobile applications, using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc. programming languages, evaluating and analyzing their efficiency and competitiveness.
9) model the development of the digital economy, taking into account its technological, behavioral, institutional, and legal features, applying econometric, micro-, and macroeconomic models, making analytical forecasts of its development prospects for the economy of Kazakhstan based on modeling;
10) make proposals for improvement of existing techniques, technologies, and sales channels and increasing production or business efficiency using digital tools and software products; working with big data, using innovative software products focused on solving scientific, design, and technological problems in the economy;
11) develop new models for the development of national cryptocurrency, financial and payment systems, services, and business processes in the digital environment, analyzing and comparing current trends and features of the growth of the global cryptocurrency market and ICO market based on the foreign experience of their state regulation;
12) develop personal and leadership skills, systematically applied thinking, working effectively in a team, solving standard professional tasks based on business communication, information culture, using different ways and sources of information, and business analytics tools to solve professional tasks.
