Training of specialized specialists in the field of Archival affairs, Documentation management and Archeography, capable of formulating and solving modern practical problems in the field of documentation support, acquisition, use, publication and storage of archival documents based on modern information technologies.
1. Analyze modern problems of Records Management, Аrchival Science and Archeography to solve specific practical problems.
2. To develop a methodology for rationing the work of state archives to introduce them into the practice of archival institutions.
3. Identify archival documents for different types and types of publications, including electronic ones, in order to compile collections of documents and electronic publications on the history of Kazakhstan.
4. Interpret the rules of law governing the procedure for working with restricted access information, applying in practice the methods of organizing the storage of documents with confidential information.
5. To carry out an examination of the value of documents to determine the target and monetary evaluation of documents in the process of their purchase and sale and insurance.
6. Apply techniques and methods of innovative technologies when working with information resources and services of organizations, analyzing information and legal databases in the field of Management Documentation.
7. Identify trends in the development of artificial intelligence and methods of using artificial intelligence in document management.
8. Design document management systems using modern information technologies.
9. To model the documentation of the business process, organizing the work of the documentation support service for management and integrated document management.
10. To promote the development of a favorable educational environment for the realization of the language needs of students, building professional relationships with colleagues, using knowledge of management psychology and management in professional activities.
