Training of competitive social educators with personal qualities and special competencies in the field of social and pedagogical activities, possessing research skills and innovative methods in their professional activities

1. analyze and creatively use the historical and philosophical knowledge of the development of science, the principles of organizing scientific research, ways to achieve and build scientific knowledge;
2. apply the conceptual apparatus of socio-pedagogical methodology, concepts, methodological approaches, principles and methods in social pedagogy;
3. to design research in the field of social pedagogy, general and individual programs for prevention, socio-pedagogical rehabilitation and personality development, social-pedagogical counseling, promotion of foster care, guardianship and guardianship;
4. inspire students by personal example to develop morality and spirituality in the context of their education based on moral values and ethical principles,
5. to implement the pedagogical process at the university based on the knowledge of didactics and the theory of education of higher education in the conditions of the credit system of education, to search for new approaches and methods for effectively solving professional problems in the field of education and education;
6. design, analyze and evaluate the educational programs of universities in accordance with modern educational requirements, structure the content of social pedagogy when teaching in schools, colleges and universities, taking into account the development of curricula, the definition of key topics and concepts;
7. conduct consultations, professional interviews, trainings on acmeology, inclusion and development of life skills with the determination of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in practice by including interactive teaching methods that contribute to the active use of the learned material;
8. design programs for social support, correction / support and development of students with deviant behavior, the development and implementation of socially valuable student activities, the development of social and pedagogical initiatives and projects;
9. practice diagnostic studies of important socio-pedagogical characteristics of the individual and the team; socio-pedagogical mechanisms for managing group phenomena and processes, the activities of social services of educational organizations;
10. conduct research in the field of digital generation and e-education, put forward conclusions and suggestions for applied application.
