Training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of national and world history, capable of solving scientific problems in the field of historical science, capable of teaching historical disciplines at a university based on the latest scientific concepts through the evaluation of their content, development prospects and influence on the formation of worldview programs of modern society.
ON1 Conduct various types of classes in historical and humanitarian disciplines, choose forms, methods and means of training; apply modern pedagogical technologies, a set of methods, techniques and teaching aids; select forms and means to ensure the quality of the educational process; create new innovative teaching products needed by the pedagogical community;
ON2 Develop methodological models, technologies and techniques for teaching historical disciplines, applying an analytical and predictive approach to the study of various methods of teaching history; analyze the results of the process of their use in educational institutions of various types; structure the content of world and national history when teaching in schools, colleges and universities;
ON3 Organize the process of training and education in the field of education using technologies that reflect the specifics of the subject area and correspond to the age and psychophysical characteristics of students, including their special educational needs; build a pedagogical process based on a student-centered approach;
ON4 Conduct an analysis of the activities of educational organizations through peer review in order to develop recommendations for improving the quality of education; master and develop modern methods and technologies for diagnosing and evaluating the quality of the educational process in various educational programs;
ON5 Coordinate the activities of teachers, methodological associations within the framework of an educational organization or structural unit; lead a team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethno-confessional and cultural differences;
ON6 Apply criteria-based assessment methods, develop assessment criteria taking into account the level of preparedness of students, and also provide methodological recommendations for the implementation of criteria-based assessment of students' educational achievements as part of updating the content of education;
ON7 To form an educational environment and use professional knowledge and skills in the implementation of the tasks of innovative educational policy; to differentiate the professional actions of a teacher by qualification levels; analyze modern theoretical developments in the field of historical education, methods, teaching technologies, methods and techniques of work;
ON8 Conduct qualification studies and expert evaluation of the program for planning, organizing and practical implementation of educational activities in higher education organizations; carry out an examination of socio-humanitarian projects and programs in the field of science and education of the state and international level; design, analyze and evaluate educational programs of universities;
ON9 Develop proposals for improving the work of the Department of Education in organizing advanced training for teachers of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions, for conducting trainings for specialists implementing inclusive education, teaching in the UGS, external studies;
ON10 Develop methodological models and teaching methods for DOT; use the latest achievements of information and telecommunication technologies in the educational process;
ON11 Determine relevant information for conducting scientific research, the ability to extract, process and use it for professional purposes; synthesize scientific material based on a comprehensive study of various sources; determine the theoretical and methodological basis of research work; analyze new promising areas of interdisciplinary research models; design independent theoretical developments in the field of historical research;
ON12 Be able to build professional relationships with colleagues and management; adapt flexibly in non-standard situations; observe the pedagogical tact, the rules of pedagogical ethics, show respect for the individual, show commitment to the highest social values, to the ideas of humanistic pedagogy.
