Training of masters with a set of competencies that allow them to effectively solve professional expert and analytical tasks in the field of external and internal state audit
ON1. To use oral and written speech in a foreign language in the process of business communication in order to achieve the set goals and objectives of a professional nature;
ON2. Analyze and creatively interpret complex processes taking place in the organization and its environment using knowledge in the field of management;
ON3. To determine the features of psychological interaction in the management of state and local institutions;
ON4. To audit financial statements in public institutions and in the quasi-public sector, taking into account the requirements of the ISA;
ON5. To carry out forecast calculations using methods of macroeconomic analysis and constructed econometric models;
ON6. To determine the correctness of accounting and financial reporting in public institutions and the quasi-public sector;
ON7. To conduct an audit for compliance with legislative and regulatory acts of all spheres of activity of state institutions;
ON8. To check the effectiveness and efficiency of decisions of legislative or executive authorities at the stage of their preparation and implementation, as well as the rational spending of funds in the interests of taxpayers or citizens;
ON9. To organize the process of preparing and conducting public procurement procedures, drafting and concluding public contracts and managing them.
