Training of qualified specialists capable of conducting quality research, developing innovative methods of teaching and education, and effectively teaching biology taking into account pedagogical principles in higher education institutions

1 LO: Understand the principle of systematicity, humanity and interdisciplinary connections in the organization of research methods and in the integrated assessment of the relevance of research interests and information;
2 LO: Analyze methods for planning, implementing, adjusting the process of a research project, taking into account possible ethical risks and the effectiveness of their application;
3 LO: Summarize results, elements of scientific research in order to build logically balanced arguments and evaluations in favor of the proposed goals and objectives of the project;
4 LO: Possess the leadership skills necessary to advance complex ideas as they are developed and applied in a research context;
5 LO: Contribute to the production of original research for publication and presentation at national or international level, contributing to the development of the relevant scientific field;
6 LO: Develop complex ideas, new products, using principles of critical thinking and analysis in their design and implementation in technological, digital and other processes for the progress of society and the country as a whole unit;
7 LO: Build professional, social, cultural relationships to build mutually beneficial partnerships, honest and open communication with the scientific and pedagogical community;
8 LO: Promote social values by example and experience in the context of academic, professional, technological, social or cultural self-development, contributing to the progress of society and the country as a whole;
9 LO: Collect and interpret events, phenomena, facts and information in a scientifically sound manner, including the use of artificial intelligence and socio-ethical and philosophical values to form judgments, conclusions for further application in the development of new products and technologies;
10 LO: Manage competently the processes of a research project, communicate appropriately on the subject of one's scientific and professional interests with both peers and superior internal and external stakeholders
