Organizes the recording (registration) of students for disciplines and teachers and the formation of individual curricula. At the end of the recording, it forms academic groups / streams.

Forms the academic calendar of the University and coordinates the current, intermediate and final control in all forms of education in accordance with it.

Carries out the formation in IS "Univer" of electronic plans: the main curriculum, the annual curriculum and the Individual curriculum of students.

Carries out the formation of statements of control measures within the framework of all types of controls and intermediate, state certification.

Provides teaching staff access to electronic journals for academic groups and streams in the autumn and spring semesters.

Monitors the timely entry of grades in the framework of all types of certification of educational achievements.

Ensures the issuance of transcripts to students

Consultation of students and teachers on registration and re-registration for disciplines.

Organizes training of additional types of training and elimination of academic debt / difference in EP.

Participates in the monitoring of exams, cancels examination scores based on the results of video monitoring, makes changes to the results of examination scores after the decision of the appeal commission.

Provides restoration of transcripts, reconciliation with the PMO (foreign academic trips, academic leave, repeated year of study, restored, transferred from other OHPE and within the university, etc.), transfers credits.
