The main objectives of the Center are:
- Development of strategic and programmatic documents for the university's development, including analysis, evaluation, and coordination of strategically important initiatives, as well as monitoring the achievement of expected outcomes;
- Setting target indicators and key performance metrics for the university's activities in various areas;
- Ongoing updating and maintenance of QMS (Quality Management System) documents;
- Streamlining all university processes, coordinating efforts to determine measurable parameters and quality characteristics, and establishing methods for their measurement and data collection;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the university's structural divisions across key areas, and providing recommendations for effective management;
- Enhancing the university's visibility at both national and international levels.
