Master’s Degree — the Path to Professional Growth
Pursuing a master’s degree has become an essential step in the professional development of young specialists. To emphasize this importance, the Department of Thermophysics and Technical Physics held a discussion with fourth-year students on the topic “Master’s Degree — the Path to Professional Growth.”
During the meeting, lecturers provided detailed information about the advantages of master’s studies, research opportunities, and future career prospects. Students showed strong interest, asked questions, and shared their future plans.
The event also highlighted its relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals. The discussion aligns with SDG 4 “Quality Education”, as it helps students explore pathways for continued learning and academic advancement. Furthermore, the focus on professional growth and research activities supports SDG 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, contributing to the preparation of highly skilled specialists for knowledge-intensive sectors.
