CLEAN SESSION – THE PATH TO ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

On November 21, 2025, a curatorial session titled “Clean Session – The Path to Academic Integrity” was held with 1st-year students of the “Genetics” program. The purpose of the event was to promote understanding of academic honesty, encourage responsibility, fairness, and reliance on one’s own knowledge during the examination period.

During the session, students were introduced to the basic principles of academic integrity, and the consequences of cheating, plagiarism, and using unauthorized materials during exams were discussed. It was emphasized that adherence to “Clean Session” principles improves the quality of education and contributes to the professional development of future specialists.

The session was conducted in an interactive format, including group discussions, a question-and-answer segment, and the viewing of an educational video. Students actively shared their thoughts and suggested ways to strengthen a culture of academic honesty.

Overall, the event was informative and helped students gain a deeper understanding of the importance of honesty, independence, and responsibility in academic life.
