Open Lesson on the Discipline “Theory of State and Law”
On November 21, 2025 one of the main subjects at the Faculty of Law is the discipline “Theory of State and Law.” First-year students, within the framework of this course, actively study the conceptual apparatus of jurisprudence and develop skills in interpreting legal phenomena during the classes.
An open seminar session on the discipline “Theory of State and Law” was held for 1st-year students of groups 125, 126, and 135. A total of 16 students participated.
Topic of the session: “Legal Culture and Legal Nihilism.”

Doctor of Law, Professor A.S. Ibrayeva analyzed the students’ presentations and provided practical recommendations for solving the cases.
At the end of the session, instructor G.D. Ansatbayeva summarized the results and noted that the open class was successfully conducted in accordance with academic requirements.
