Regional Forum “Adal Bilim – Adal Urpaq”
On December 8, 2025, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the regional forum “Adal Bilim – Adal Urpaq” (“Honest Education – Honest Generation”) under the leadership of K.R. Useinova, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law. The forum was dedicated to promoting a culture of integrity in the field of education.
The purpose of the forum was to discuss modern trends and practices in preventing corruption, analyze the role of anti-corruption policy in the sustainable development of the state, and facilitate experience exchange among scholars, experts, government representatives, and international organizations.
Key discussion areas included:
- The role of civil society, mass media, and public oversight in fostering an anti-corruption culture.
- National models of anti-corruption policy: the experience of Kazakhstan and foreign countries.
- Anti-corruption education and the development of ethical standards in public service.
- Digitalization of public administration and reduction of corruption risks.
