SDG №4. The «Zhana Nizam» Work Discussed at the A. Baitursynuly House-Museum

As part of the research practice and under the instruction of practice supervisor Raikhan Sakhybekkyzy, the second-year master’s degree students majoring in Kazakh Philology held an analytical event at the A. Baitursynuly House-Museum dedicated to the «Zhana Nizam» collection, which compiles the scholar’s legal-themed articles written over different years. The event was supervised by Gulmariya Turysbekkyzy on behalf of the department.

The main purpose of the event was to examine the national teacher’s views on law and order, highlight his role in shaping society’s legal consciousness, and reveal the relevance and continuity of these ideas in the modern era.

During the discussion, issues of legal culture, civic responsibility, the impact of legislation on society, and Baitursynuly’s reformist ideas on maintaining order—presented in the «Zhana Nizam» collection—were thoroughly analyzed. Participants emphasized that Ahmet Baitursynuly’s legal views still remain highly relevant today.

This event, as part of the museum’s scientific and educational activities, provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the heritage of the Alash figure.
