World Volunteer Day is a special date dedicated to kindness, mercy and human warmth.
In honor of this day, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Al-Farabi KazNU organized a charity fair "Territory of Kindness."
The event was led by the head of the department, professor. Useinova K.R. and candidate of legal sciences Tursynkulova D.A., with the active participation of 1st year students. This day has become a real circle of mercy, uniting teachers, students and guests in the desire to do good.
Student volunteers prepared homemade pastries, desserts, and snacks, which were offered at the fair. Each purchase represented not just a treat, but a meaningful contribution — all funds raised will be directed to support families facing difficult life circumstances, as well as children who require special care and attention.
This initiative once again proved that even small but sincere actions can help make the world a better place. Kind deeds warm hearts, strengthen mutual understanding, and enhance the social responsibility of young people.
The fair was organized within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and addressed several key areas:
— supporting families in difficult life situations;
— improving the quality of life for children;
— reducing social inequality;
— strengthening cooperation between the university, youth, and society;
— fostering a culture of charity and volunteerism.
Such events help cultivate humanity among students and shape them into socially responsible future lawyers. It is a vivid example of the youth’s willingness to be active, useful to society, and ready to help those in need.
