How students prepare for the exam session

Students in all countries of the world are now in the run-up to the winter exam session – all those who study at universities, institutes, colleges, schools and other educational institutions must show their knowledge and skills, what they have learned and what they have learned during the study of the first semester of the academic year. At the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, great attention has always been paid to the organization of the educational process, and the exam session of this academic year is no exception. As part of the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4: Quality Education, the Department of Language and General Education for Foreigners at the Faculty of Pre-University Education holds a special session to explain the rules for the exams, which are developed by experts in higher education. These rules clearly and specifically define the regulations for conducting exams and the procedure for passing them. This is especially important for our students, as they are all foreigners, so it is crucial to explain these rules in a clear and understandable manner to ensure that there are no violations that could lead to unpleasant consequences. For example, you should never be late for exams, foreign students must show discipline, you can not use cheat sheets and phones – students must show honesty and decency, and most importantly – foreign students must demonstrate their knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages, which they studied during the three months of the autumn semester. If the rules of the exam session are violated, even if by ignorance of these rules, then this entails very serious punishments, up to expulsion from the university. All this must know our students and follow these rules of the university strictly. The teachers wish their students great success in the exams when answering difficult questions for them, expect from their students that they will show good knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages, show their diligence and diligence and with good exam grades will finish the autumn semester.
