“Quality Education in Kazakhstan and Around the World: Challenges and Perspectives”
On December 12, 2025, an extracurricular open lesson was held for the 2nd-year bachelor students. The session was organized by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Turkic Studies and Theory of Language A.Z. Kaibuldayeva together with 1st-year PhD students of the specialty 8D01705 – Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages, Yerzhanova A.E. and Aisagaliyeva A.T.

During the lesson, students discussed the importance of SDG 4, analyzed global and national education issues, and proposed practical solutions through group activities. A UNESCO video and reflection activity helped highlight the role of future teachers in improving education quality.
Students were divided into small groups, prepared mini-posters on the given topic, and presented their ideas. The lesson enhanced students’ critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
