KazNU conducts an online course for lawyers

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has launched a certified online course for external students on the topic "Problems and prospects for the development of constitutional and administrative legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the light of the constitutional reform of 2027".

The course was organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The purpose of the certified online course is to provide students with a stable system of basic theoretical knowledge, professional competencies and practical skills necessary for a comprehensive analysis of key areas of constitutional reform in 2027.

The online course is conducted with the participation of leading scientists, professors and practitioners of the university and is aimed at developing professional dialogue, strengthening interdisciplinary and cross-border academic cooperation, as well as exchanging the best scientific and law enforcement practices.

The course includes theoretical-legal, constitutional-legal and administrative-legal modules. These modules cover key issues of the development of the rule of law, modernization of constitutional institutions and improvement of administrative and legal mechanisms of public administration in conditions of sustainable development.

The online course is conducted in the context of the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in particular SDG 16 "Peace, justice and effective institutions" and SDG 4 "Quality education".

The course was attended by representatives of government agencies and the university community of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as participants from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, practitioners from the People's Republic of China, teachers of law disciplines from near and far abroad, doctoral students, undergraduates and students.

Lectures are held in Kazakh, Russian and English, which contributes to the expansion of academic mobility and the formation of a sustainable international educational environment.

The training will last until January 23. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded certificates of 80 academic hours, as well as information, methodological and analytical handouts.
