RECTORATE’S RESOLUTION «ON THE WORK OF THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE ONLINE»
On hearing and discussing the reports made by the Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee J.E. Zhappasov, the Director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Innovative Development E.B. Kistaubaev «On the work of the Admissions Committee in the online mode», and the Head of the Department for Human Resources and Archives A.S. Madiyarova «On the results of the first stage of the competition commission to fill vacant positions», the Rectorate have made the following decision:
On the Messages from the Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee J.E. Zhappasov, Director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Innovative Development E.B. Kistaubaev, Head of Human Resources and Archive Department A.S. Madiyarova.
Regarding the issue «On the work of the Admissions Committee in online mode»:
1. To provide information on new Study Programs to be posted on the website for applicants.
2. To ensure development of the procedure for admission of the University exam and examination materials.
3. Integrate the work of the Admissions Committee through the E-Government portal and provide uninterrupted support.
4. Integrate applicants’ data from E-gov databases and internal systems into the «Univer» System.
5. Assist and provide all necessary materials to meet the sanitary and epidemiological requirements during the admission campaign.
Regarding the results of I Stage of the Competition Committee for filling vacant positions:
To assign the control over the execution of this Resolution to the First Vice-Rector M.M. Burkitbayev.
