We have opened the acceptance of applications for the Ilya Segalovich Scientific Prize in 2022!
The award was established to support young scientists and their mentors. Since 2019 , it has been awarded for achievements in various fields of computer science: These are machine learning, computer vision, information retrieval, speech recognition and synthesis, as well as natural language processing and machine translation.
Students and postgraduates from universities and research institutes in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan can apply for the award themselves, as well as nominate scientific supervisors.
The winners will receive 1 million rubles and will be able to complete an internship in one of the Yandex departments working on high-tech tasks. In addition, the winners will receive a grant to use the Yandex crowdsourcing platform.Toloka.
