Advisors of the Department of Finance and Accounting of the Higher School of Economics and Business Oralbayeva Zh.Z. and Arystambayeva A.Z. held an open curatorial hour on the topic "Nauryz-zhyl basy" in the House of Students No. 16. The event was attended by 1st and 3rd year students of the specialty "Accounting and Auditing", who live in this House of students. The 1st year students took an active part in the festive event. The presenters told about the emergence of the Nauryz holiday. Nauryz is a New Year's holiday among the ancient Turkic peoples. Translated from Persian, the word Nauryz means a New Day. This holiday is the Equinox Day. This day is called - "Ulystyn uly kuni". Students sang songs, sang dombra, danced, and also did not forget about the festive dastarkhan with national dishes. An event was held to educate students in the popularization of national values.
