When we were informed about the LG Electronics event, I expected another boring and unattractive exhibition, where, roughly speaking, we would be clogged with unnecessary information and waste our time. As the head of the group of the Russian branch of "Cinema&Media", I had to attend the event.
The event was held in the assembly hall of the library of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. To be honest, the atmosphere made me feel nostalgic, which made me and my band stay. I was reminded of school days…Speaking about the lecture "Brand Communication Tools", which was organized by LG Electronics Almaty Kazakhstan as part of the LG EdTech project, to be honest, it surprised and pleased me! The event was very bright, intriguing, interesting. Especially for us, the speaker Natalia Novikova, Marketing Director of LGEAK, interviewed the leading TV channel "Atameken business" Azamat Ashimov and Nazima Gadilbek – the main radio presenter of Kazakhstan. By the way, Nazima's visit pleasantly surprised me. She suddenly came on stage with a positive attitude, I saw the smiles of many. This is probably my favorite part of the event, since I myself have recently started working on my voice and my speaking and dictation skills. I was the first one who decided to ask her a couple of questions.
In the middle of the event, a competition was held for the best slogan for an innovative gadget – a wearable mask with the LG PuriCare air purification function. The winner had to get the same product. By the end of the event, the name of the winner was to be announced. What I really did't expect was my victory in this contest. Yes! I am the winner of the slogan contest from LG Electronics, which I am very, very happy about! It is difficult to describe the emotions and feelings of that time. On the one hand, I wanted to praise myself, on the other, I, for unknown reasons, considered it childish. The slogan I came up with sounds like this: “Breathe easier with LG.”
I am very grateful to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for such opportunities. The university does everything so that we get chances to meet incredible people. I express my gratitude to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and LG Electronics!”.
