Submission of documents for participation in the competition for academic mobility at the expense of the republican budget is carried out in accordance with international cooperation agreements between the University and foreign partner universities. Documents for participation in the competition can be submitted in two ways:
1. The following list of documents should be submitted to the Documentation Support Department of the University:
1) application;
2) a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) transcript with the University seal;
4) a document confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language (one of the following documents):
1. IELTS, TOEFL;
2. A letter of consent from a foreign university to accept a student with an existing level of proficiency;
5) medical certificate (for traveling abroad) form No. 072;
6) written consent of the applicant's parents, guardians, legal representatives to travel abroad, in case if the applicant does not reach the age of eighteen at the time of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7) a document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large family of the student;
8) a document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students left without parental care (if any);
9) a document confirming the student's disability (if any).
2. Via Egov.kz:
1) application signed by the applicant's digital signature;
2) electronic copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) electronic copy of transcript with the seal of the University;
4) an electronic copy of the document confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language (one of the following documents):
1. IELTS, TOEFL;
2. A letter of consent from a foreign university to accept a student with an existing level of proficiency;
5) electronic copy of the medical certificate (for traveling abroad);
6) an electronic copy of the written consent of the applicant's parents, guardians, legal representatives to travel abroad, if they do not reach the age of eighteen at the time of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7) an electronic copy of the document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large family of the student;
8) an electronic copy of the document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students left without parental care (if any);
9) an electronic copy of the document confirming the student's disability (if any).
Consultations are conducted by the deputy deans for research and innovation and international cooperation of each faculty.
