The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the freedom of every person and the freedom of speech. That's why for 30 years since Kazakhstan gained its independence the system of political power and political literacy of the people have grown to some extent. In recent years, Kazakhstan's political process, which is moving in a new direction, has seen such critical events as referendums and presidential elections.
