USE OF LEGAL RIGHTS - A CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUTURE OF THE COUNTRY
Looking at the deep historical system of our country, it is clear that the Kazakh people worked on the basis of a democratic society. It is based on the works of judges Tole -be, Kazybek be, and Aiteke be, who addressed the trinity of justice, fairness, and fairness in various models of settlement and punishment, beginning with village judges. In addition, the myth "If the people want, khan will slaughter a camel" is also widespread among the people. This shows that the election of the Kazakh khan has historical roots and is a tradition carried out in an established order. History shows that the era has changed, the system of power based on the world political foundations has also changed. Therefore, the current system of political power of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out on the basis of the Constitution and the constitutional decision..
If we look at the various political histories and models of the countries of the world since ancient times, we see that the system of government worked in different regimes. And the main political process of the countries of the modern world is aimed at democracy. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the freedom of every person and the freedom of speech. That's why for 30 years since Kazakhstan gained its independence the system of political power and political literacy of the people have grown to some extent. The formation of an open government system has also scattered the ashes of political processes unseen in the shadows into the sky. In recent years, Kazakhstan's political process, which is moving in a new direction, has seen such critical events as referendums and presidential elections.
The position of a Majilis deputy has a great impact on the work of the people's will in the political system, on the correct formation of the country's future, on the establishment of strategic directions of development, on the convergence of control over the work of legislative bodies. Therefore, every Kazakhstani citizen has the right to cast his vote for clarifying the prerequisites of a listening government and shaping the world of a unified system of power. Optimal use of our legislative rights contributes to the future of the country.
