A new dining room was presented in the Al-Farabi library
The canteen at the Al-Farabi Library provides services in accordance with the Sanitary Rules for catering facilities No. KR DSM-16 dated February 21, 2022 for the provision of dietary nutrition for students, faculty and staff of the University, including meat, milk, butter and vegetable oil, rye bread and (or) wheat, vegetables and sugar.
Fish, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, poultry meat are included at least once every seven calendar days.
Breakfast consists of a hot dish (first or second) and a hot drink, eggs, a sandwich with butter or cheese. Juices and fruits are provided for the second breakfast.
Lunch includes salad, first, second course (main course of meat, fish or poultry with side dish) and third (compote, jelly, tea and juices). Simple salads are prepared from boiled and fresh vegetables.
At high tea, the menu includes a drink (milk, fermented milk products, jelly, juices) with bakery or confectionery products without cream, allowed in accordance with Article 8 of the technical regulations TR CU 021/2011.
Dinner consists of a vegetable (cottage cheese) dish or porridge, the main second course (meat, fish or poultry with a side dish), a drink (tea, juice, compote, jelly).
Additionally, fruits or fermented dairy products, bakery or confectionery products without cream are included as a second dinner.
