Round table "Quality education is a key to a strong nation"

On the 25th of September at Al-Farabi  Kazakh National University the round table "Quality education is a  key to a strong nation" was held to strengthen  international relations in the field of science and culture between the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Republic of Kazakhstan.  During a meeting the director of the Institute of Languages and Cultures of the Peoples of the North-East of the Russian Federation, Torotoev Gavril Grigorievich and the head of the department of Turkology and Theory of Language of the Faculty of Philology of  Al-Farabi KazNU, Avakova Raushangul Amirdinovna, as well as the  undergraduates of Al-Farabi KazNU  and doctoral students of  M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University  (Yakutsk) discussed important issues and future joint projects. One of the major ones is the language corpus project “Lexicographical system of common Turkic phraseological units”.
