To date, one of the most efficacious strategies for addressing corruption within academic institutions is the implementation of legal education initiatives. In pursuit of this approach, on October 5th, 2023, at the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare, Associate Professor Dr. A.M. Raushanova of the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-based Medicine conducted a meeting with fourth-year students majoring in «Public Health» The session focused on pertinent subjects, including inquiries into the nature of corruption and its ramifications, the concept of international corruption, awareness of relevant anti-corruption laws, and familiarity with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning anti-corruption measures, among other related topics.
