Exchange of experience in the field of education and science

         Currently, in the field of science and higher education, activities are being carried out aimed at solving current and emerging problems in the implementation of training programs for specialists of various profiles in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the international educational space. The organization of training of specialists is carried out in accordance with the content and quality of basic and elective disciplines, optimization of the organization of their teaching and bringing them into line with the passport of the specialty being prepared with mandatory linking with science and production. For example, teachers of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry held a seminar on the exchange of experience with leading scientists of the School of Engineering and Digital Sciences of Nazarbayev University, PhD Mentbaeva A., and PhD Nurage N. In the field of higher education, it is customary to introduce the achievements of research work into the educational process, for which competitions of scientific projects are organized annually and many years of experience have been accumulated on the effectiveness of the activities carried out. The speakers shared their experience of scientific work and the features and advantages of teaching physical chemistry in technological specialties. The staff of the department took an active part in discussions in the designated areas and, based on a comparative analysis, gained the necessary knowledge, which allowed them to decide on the solution of the tasks facing them. A general decision was made to carry out a systematic exchange of experience in the future in their scientific and educational activities.
