“Compliance with laws is the responsibility of every citizen”

On October 26, 2023, in Dormitory 17 of the Faculty of Philology of  al-Farabi Kazakh National University,  there was a a round table talk   on the topic “Compliance with  laws  is the responsibility of every citizen” among the students with the deputy head of the vocational training faculty of Makan Esbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel police,  Tulmagambetov Adil Arkabaevich and associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law, police lieutenant colonel,  Sanapyanova Asel Nursainovna. During the round table talk, police colonel Adil Arkabaevich and Asel Nursainovna explained  the students in details the importance of complying with   laws and rules  at  university, hostel, and public places. They asserted that any violation, whether committed intentionally or unintentionally, cannot be beyond the reach of responsibility. They emphasized that our law, Constitution, guarantees respect for the rights of every Kazakhstani citizen. They also answered various questions of students about legal responsibility and respecting their rights under the law. Thus, during  the round table talk,  the students were able to get answers to their questions about how to avoid becoming victims of various frauds, violence, bullying, and cyberbullying that currently exist.
