Meeting with a Kazakhstani writer, director, Yermek Tursunov

On November 14, 2023, a meeting was held with a Kazakhstani writer, director,  Yermek Tursunov. The event was organized by Professor of the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature,  A. Zhaksylykov and doctoral students of  "8D01704 Russian Language” major and Literature." The  students and doctoral students of the department took part in the event.

Yermek Tursunov is a significant figure for Kazakh cinema, literature and spirituality. His work, author's works are distinguished by their depth of thought and  wide cultural coverage. As a representative of the creative intelligentsia, E. Tursunov considers  his duty to expose the vices of society, its shortcomings in order to learn how to overcome them and look for ways for progressive and cultural and social development.
