Working together is the beginning of success

Professors and teaching staff of Finance and Accounting Department, Higher School of Economics and Business, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University successfully cooperate with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the commission for the translation of International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards from English into Kazakh. The Ministry of Finance sent a letter of thanks to the rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National university, Tuimebayev Zh.K., noting the professionalism of associate professors of the department like M.B. Baidauletov, B.B. Sultanova, G.K. Nurgaliyeva, Zh.Z. Oralbayeva, senior teachers A.Z. Arystambayeva and G.E. Zhunisova. A high-quality translation of these regulations is necessary both in the business environment and within the educational process to form the professional competencies of future specialists in the field of accounting and audit, finance. This cooperation makes it possible to realize one of the Sustainable Development Goals of SDG-4 "Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all".
