The staff of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, as part of the delegation of the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, met with Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, advisor on scientific work to the Rector of the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, famous scientist, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kirabaev Nur Serikovich.

Today, KazNU closely cooperates with Russian universities, including the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. The Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science closely cooperates with the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia on educational programs of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology at the master's level. During the meeting, issues related to the development of bilateral humanitarian cooperation, the implementation of international projects, and the publication of joint articles in highly rated journals were discussed. Plans have also been drawn up to open joint educational programs for 2024. New work curricula were proposed and discussed. The possibility of working together in the future was analyzed. The meeting was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science Bekzhan Meirbayev, Deputy Dean Aliya Omirbekova, Head of the Department of Religious Studies and Political Science Ainur Kurmanalieva, teachers of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies Nina Saitova and Bakhyt Rakhimbekova, Head of the Department of Sociology and Social Work Gulmira Abdraimova, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Management of Education Nursultan Alkozhaeva and teacher Abai Duysenbayev, head of the Department Asset Koranbek and teacher Tatyana Lifanova were also present.
