One of the centers of the spiritual and educational process of al-Farabi Kazakh National University is the ART Center, which has creative teams of various genres that influence students through a genuine understanding of art.Among them, the most interesting and attractive is the vocal circle. Having perfected their art, the participants of the circle learn not only singing, but also professional stage culture. The goals of the circle:

development of personal abilities and talents among young people;
Understanding the dignity of song art;
learning the rules of singing;
Listening to music, the formation of auditory abilities;
teaching a clean, expressive, touching performance of a song;
learning to understand the content and words of music;
To distinguish the feeling of unity between music and words;
be able to understand, distinguish and perform the content of the work with interest;
be able to understand and distinguish the pitch of sound, the style of rhythm in music;
development of expressive song performance skills, learning to perform in two voices;
Improving students ' music education;
to educate a generation with advanced musical literacy, aesthetic and spiritual mindset, capable of thoroughly comprehending the essence of musical art in human life.

For many talented students, the Student Palace stage is a kind of launching pad that gives a ticket to the big stage. Madina Sadvakasova, Dinara Kyrykpaeva, Malika YES and other singers can be named among the stars who came out on the big stages from this one.

Being popular among peers, especially in the student audiences of a leading national university, is not an easy and difficult task. This was the path taken by the Boys Band "FAVORIT", formed in early 2023 and reached great heights. It includes: graduates of the Faculties of Physics and Technology and Information Technology Sabitbek Zhanibek, Tugelbayev Samat, Turta Sherkhan, Abenov Abylai. The artistic director is actress and singer Fariza Eschanova. Now many domestic TV channels broadcast their clips, which become hits. We are confident that in the future our youth will develop and conquer many heights.

To date, the talents of the vocal circle, with more than 100 active students, provide creative and musical support to all events held at the university. Their repertoire includes modern, retro, folk, classical songs and works.The desire of students to participate in the vocal circle is growing every year. The head of the circle is Eschanova Fariza Bekibaevna, Master of Art History, actress, graduate of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenev in 2021.

The doors of the ART center are always open to talents who simultaneously want to master the secrets of art and be educated.
