SDG №16 “Peace, justice and effective institutions”

On the eve of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a scientific webinar on the subject of “Development of customs legislation: opportunities and prospects” under the leadership of Doctor of Law Kuanaliyeva G.A., the head of the Customs, Financial and Environmental law department was held on December 7th, 2023 at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental law within the framework of implementation and achievement of SDG №16 “Peace, justice and effective institutions”.

Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law Kuanalieva Guldana Amangeldievna acted as a moderator. Daniyar Yergaliyevich Dzhaparkulov, the 1st-year doctoral student of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law acted as a first speaker. Kim Olga Nikolayevna, the Head of the Customs Department of the “KORQAZ LLP” LLP made a speech as an invited speaker.

Modern trends and changes in the custom legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan since its formation were discussed within the framework of the onlne-webinar, as well as the importance of knowledge, study and opportunities of the development of custom legislation.
