On 06.12.2023, the teacher of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law N.S. Zhumadilova visited the Kazakh National Academic Drama Theater named after M.O. Auezov with students of the Faculty of Law within the framework of SDG - 4 "Quality Education".
The history of the Kazakh State Academic Drama Theater named after M. Auezov dates back almost a hundred years. The theater troupe began its activities in 1925 in Kyzyl-Orda, and in 1928 it was transferred to Alma-Ata after the transfer of the capital. The theater received the title of academic in 1937, and in 1961 it was named after the outstanding Kazakh writer and playwright M. Auezov. The first performances were devoted to the pre-revolutionary life of the local population and the formation of the Soviet system, and after attracting professional Russian directors to cooperate in the 30s of the last century, the production of more complex dramatic works began. In 1982, the theater moved to a new building with two halls designed for more than a thousand spectators. About two hundred performances are held here every year.
