The mechanism for the transition to sustainable development is the introduction of international standards for product safety, labor protection and the preservation of ecosystems
On December 13, 2023, at a seminar lesson in the discipline “Metrology and Standardization” on the topic “Application of regulatory documents on standardization. Analysis of the standard for ensuring product quality”, national and international standards were considered in the following areas: SDGs 11 - Clean water and sanitation; SDGs 4 - Quality education; SDGs 14 - Preservation of marine ecosystems. The goal of the Concept is to achieve a balance of economic, social, environmental and political aspects of the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the basis for improving the quality of life and ensuring the country’s competitiveness in the long term. An important mechanism for the transition to sustainable development is the introduction of international standards for product safety and labor protection in industrial enterprises.
Students prepared presentations and video materials based on standards and regulatory documents regulating the requirements for products, works and processes. During the lesson, an analysis of domestic and international standards was carried out.
