Professor of the Department of Economics, Doctor of Economic Sciences Madina Sakenovna Tolegenova was the head of the Department of “Economic Theory” of the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2002, improved her qualifications at the University of Kentucky (1992), at World Bank training courses in Kyrgyzstan and Almaty, at seminars on twinning in the banking system in Tashkent (London, 2009). The professor supervises the scientific work of many master's and doctoral students (ESG 4). Winner of the republican competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Best University Teacher” and leader of many scientific projects.
