"Environmental literacy" SDG-15

On January 5, The Faculty of geography and Natural Sciences together with the psychologist of kaznu Amangeldy Meirambekuly held a training seminar. The theme is"environmental literacy".

At the seminar, the students had a deep understanding of Environmental Science and broadened their horizons. During the seminar, many examples were given, and students shared stories from their lives related to ecology.

 This topic covered 4 areas of the SDGs at once;

SDG-12 industry and clean use

SDGs-13 fight against climate change,

SDG-14 protection of aquatic ecosystems,

SDG-15 protection of the terrestrial ecosystem

At the end of the seminar, students realized that every person and every activity on earth affects the favorable environment. And it should start right now.
