05 February 2024 At a lesson on the subject “Current problems of the theory of state and law,” 1st year master’s student of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Koblandina Aruzhan made a presentation on the topic «Anti-corruption culture as the legal basis for the formation of civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan».  In her work, she examined the importance of anti-corruption culture in modern society and its impact on the development of civil society in Kazakhstan.

1st year master's students took an active part in the discussion of this topic. Their analysis made it possible to consider the comparative experience of the development of civil society, as well as to assess the current level and prospects for its development in Kazakhstan. Koblandina Aruzhan’s presentation emphasized the importance of anti-corruption culture as the legal basis for the formation of civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the discussion, several key aspects were identified that influence the level and future of civil society in Kazakhstan7
