Reducing inequality within and between countries

On February 6, 2024 at 12:00 at the Faculty of Law of KazNU named after al-Farabi within the framework of SDG 10 «Reducing inequality within and between countries» teachers of the department of theory and history of state and law, constitutional and administrative law, D.L.S. Baymakhanova D.M. and K.L.S. Kusainov D.O. organized a Leadership lecture on «Equal opportunities for education and profession in Kazakhstan» with the participation of 1st year students. The speaker was Sultanov Baltabay Eralievich, lawyer, Master of Law, head of the company QazZanGer.

In his speech, the speaker touched upon the important issue of the opportunities available in Kazakhstan for obtaining higher education and working as a lawyer for people with disabilities. Using his example, he revealed how to use the opportunities available to young people in modern society to receive high-quality education, told what role al-Farabi Kazakh National University played in his development as a person and a specialist. He stressed the importance of setting clear life goals for students, setting priorities, and the importance of everyone's diligence in achieving their goals.

The speaker paid special attention to the role of a young man's daily work on himself, the duty to improve himself as a specialist and the need to develop daily within the framework of work. The students were very interested in Baltabai Yeralievich's position on the importance of maintaining family values, love and mutual support among family and loved ones, and raising children in an atmosphere of care and respect.

The students listened with great interest to the lecturer, who raised such topical issues, asked many questions and noted that getting a good education, playing sports, and participating in the public life of the country is very important for future young professionals.
